Lack of response to returned items.Took over 6 weeks to send and now can’t get credit for return.

Can not speak with anyone and paid 15. 00 to return the kit unopened and have not been able to obtain a credit on my VISA card. Poor customer service! Not someone I would recommend. User's recommendation: Do not buy.
