Lack of Response to Customer Inquiry

My son, wife, and I have each called the College Board for the results of my son's SAT exam. He was informed at the time of the exam that results would be posted within two weeks of the test. It has now been six weeks and we have not be provided with his results. Our calls to the College Board have not been returned, and each of the calls to them have had wait times of over 1 hour.
