LACK OF RESPONSE/ REQUEST FOR RECORDS

Good afternoon, I am attempting to get complete payment records for SLS loan #XXXX issued to XXXX in 2015 in the amount of $XXXX, but have been unsuccessful despite following the recommended protocol. I need these records as part of a legal case that is time sensitive. I contacted SLS customer care line in June 2020 to request these records, and was informed by electronic response that I would receive a call back from a representative within 3 days. I did not receive a call back, and called again and was able to connect with a human customer service representative that time. This representative advised me that, due to the age of my loan, the needed records are now in archive. In order to obtain these, I would need to make a request via mail to the corporate office which I did. On 7/3/20, I sent a request for records to PO Box 630147 in Littleton Colorado by certified mail. The tracking number for my letter indicates correspondence was received on 7/6/20. I had not heard anything to date and today called customer service again. The representative accessed my account and indicated there was no record of my letter having been received. This is in direct contrast with the tracking history noting letter was delivered on 7/6/20. I was notified today that my ONLY recourse was to submit another request to THE SAME ADDRESS I had sent the last request, and then wait about 30 business days for a response. At this point in time, since the documents are time sensitive, what do I need to do to get a hold of these records as soon as possible? Do I talk to another representative or manager, go to the corporate office in person, or hire a lawyer to acquire the records for me? Please advise.
