I have been calling and emailing the Sheraton Panama since April 2018. I stayed in the Sheraton Grand in Panama in April for 2 weeks as part of a company conference. The company is GSK and there were many people from other South American countries and the UK. In excess of 100 staff attended and stayed for 2 weeks. My issue is that I was incorrectly charged 10$ for laundry which has now been refunded but still have a $30 charge. When I 1st called in April I was told over the phone that the $40 will be refunded. I have no idea what this is for and have asked many times for a copy of the receipt or details of what this charge is for as this is not in the final bill I received when I checked out. I am not getting any response at all. I think this is another incorrect charge and should be refunded. Can you please look into this matter personally and get back to me. DO not give me any names or emails for staff in Panama as I refuse to deal with them now.
