Lack of Refund for Event that can not happen because of the Coronavirus

I order tickets to a 76ers Game for March 21st for my 7-year-old nephews birthday. Due to the Coronavirus, the season is suspended and the game was cancelled, but according to Stub Hub they did not officially cancel and it is unknown what will happen. Though I did not attend the event because it did not happen, They are holding my $250 for who knows how long. I called when I thought that this virus could potentially be an issue and two representatives told me that I would get my money back no matter what but could take three weeks. I called back after the three weeks, and they told me something completely different that I will not get my money back or a refund, so I asked to speak with a manager. When she came on, she talked to me very disrespectfully, even laughed at me when I expressed my Frustration of being told By her representatives that I would get my money back and now she's telling me something different, and with everything going on I thought she would show some grace but no all they care about is the money. I even explained I have the recording of the calls, and she told me she listened to the calls and I asked too many questions and had the guy in circles and it is my fault he said what he said but in the recording it’s clear as day he said I can guarantee 100% for sure that you will get your money back, how I can I mistake that or force someone to say that. DO NOT BY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMERS. User's recommendation: Do not use Stub HuB.
