Lack of redponse

I had difficulty with the base station battery life. I followed all the suggestions on their website to no avail. The batteries last 2 weeks. I sent 2 inquires on their website and they never responded. It appears thus is their "normal" practice, seeing similar responses from other people. Unit is leds than 3 years old.
