Lack of proper credit

My husband and I both had appointments for screening. Before the appointment, our Doctors each ordered full Wellness Checks and Cardiac Screening at our local clinic. I called to cancel Lifeline appointments. It is taking frustrating hours on hold to reach customer service. I was told that two credits were issued, when only one was received by my bankcard. Called the bank twice, both times they checked thoroughly and still only one credit. Fourth call to Lifeline on hold for 55 minutes each. This time, the agent took down all the info and said they would call me the next day. That was two days ago, and I am on hold again. Just Brutal!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't ever try to get a credit out of these people.
