Lack of professionalism. Never returns calls or concerns on there incompetience. Especially when my insurance recommended them to do a small claim.

Original review updated by user Jul 28, 2021 The first 4 weeks were demo (it took 1/2 a day) But since then it has been an additional 5 weeks and they have not sent an estimate to my insurance at all. I have called every Blackmon Mooring person that has had any dealing with my claim everyday (2-3 people) only to get their voice mail and leaving messages. NO ONE has ever called me back. I DO NOt recommend using this company at all. User's recommendation: DO NOT waste your time using this company for anything!
