May 22, 2019 I set up my online account for SS and provided my personal information. May 23, 2019 I visited the local SS office and I provided the local social security office, 16241 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix Az. my correct information and application for SS benefits. Benefits should have begun in October 2019. It is now nearly one year, April 29, 2020, later and the local SS office has not completed processing my application of benefits.
