Manager Sarah Baptist is a poor case of a manager. Does not handle things well. Do not understand how you get promoted within a company and you lack management skills. She does not handle client complaints very well and does not respond with any sense of urgency. Get her out of there. Such a horrible choice!!!Stay away! User's recommendation: Overcharge customers and take for ever to receive credit.
