May 21 end of day was my delivery time. Package didint arrive, no call, no email. I waited on hold to talk to Canpar, and was told that they are busy and i should just be patient. Then to wait at home the next day from 9am to 630pm, potentially 8pm. No update on website. When i called the next day, they said delivery was cancelled, and i have to go to the warehouse to pick up my package. I then said i would do that, but was told that i cant pick it up yet, as i do not have a confirmation number. Which Canpar is supposed to issue but has not. When i asked where my package is, i was told that they didint know, as i do not have a confirmation number. The employees are rude, lie to your face, and when you catch them in a lie, they double down and blame the client. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE CANPAR.
