Lack of help or information regarding oxygen equipment etc. etc.

Delivery guy explained nothing at the time of delivery. Another technician came the next day and did try to explain how to clean the equipment every 2 weeks but when I asked for a manual he said they were out of them and hoped they would have them by Thursday last. Today is Monday so I called the office and was told to call back with an id number from the paper work I had received. When I tried to call back I couldnt get through so I am now into the second week and still dont have a clue how to operate or clean the equipment. Seems to me to be very poor service from Apria and I am very disappointed to say the least. My home phone is 386-492-****. My husband is Laurence M Smith and I am his wife Josephine Smith. Our address is 2302 Las Fuentes Drive Port Orange Florida. 32129. MY husbands dob is February 24th 1937. Please call me asap as I am very nervous about how to get help with this problem. Thank you.
