Students are unable to reach a teacher for help on weekends, due to this policy change. It is unfair for no one to be available 2 days out of 7 when this is an online school. Most students enrolled work or do not have time to go in person. Most times I get out of work 5-6pm and unable to get help, before penn foster was open until 7pm which gave working parents flexibility to contact the school and get help. Penn foster was also open during weekends and now it is not, I usually have extra time to do homework on weekends but when I have a question I cannot get help and have to stop my work and wait until Monday to get help. I will not do another semester with Penn foster and will enroll in another more flexible college that has the staff needed to help students that study online.
