Lack of fairness

I've been with Brinks for quite some time now. I had them transferred to my present home 3yrs. ago. Soon after equipment was installed I started having trouble with a window sensor. It says "lack of supervision" and doesn't work. I've had to bypass this sensor (real secure, not)! I have reported it several times only to be told to replace batteries or make sure it's lined up. There was a service man here installing a camera about 6wks. ago and he said he fixed it, nope! Now Brinks wants me to pay $29.00 to mail me a replacement! I "refuse" to pay for something that "never" worked properly! I think I may just switch to ADT...
