we were stuck in Typhoon in Hong Kong and flighing back business class on the day, we travelled from London after paying £4666.00 they were not bothered about offering us a refund or any assistance apart from a flight 8 days later free of charge. We asked for Ethiad connecting flights and they said no. We got lied to and hung up on the phone.. they offer no support. We had to pay £1400 to fly three trips on economy via Tiawan,Thailand and to UK via EVAAIR who were good. Do not spend money with them, as they say it was an act of God they did not have any space.
