Lack of Customer Service total nightmare

They dont call you back they make you wait and do not give status. This has been a total nightmare. One total disaster after the next. No one seems to know what is going on. My closing date delayed and they have us repeat signing the closing documents more than 80pages 3-4 times with notary. Without one word to me. Missed deadlines broken promises, lies, deception. The Cross Country underwriter, loan processor, their title company are clueless, lack of communication and doesn't even follow up, and return calls. The only reason we went with Cross Country Mortgage is because our loan officer/advisor/broker, left Loan Depot Mortgage to come to this company. Now that he’s with Cross Country (which seems to be full of incompetent employees). His team missed our closing date with over a month. Both Cross Country Mortgage and Fidelity Title Mortgage and Escrow companies are clueless how to deal with revocable living trust property. It seems with his higher customer volume, they have less time for customer service.
