Needed to add additional person to check into the hotel hot wire was supposed to fax over that information to the hotel. The information adding the check in person was never sent over. We arrived at 8:00 p.m. we were not able to check in to the hotel until 1:00 a.m. and we had our children 5 in 13 year old that had to wait for hotwire to send this info over. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL MY STORY IF SOMEONE TRIES TO USE YOUR SERVICE. Your customer service reps need to work on follow through and your supervisor just read from a script. User's recommendation: will not send anyone I know to your website.
