When my party entered the Chili's located at the Mall at Cheltenham and Ogontz Ave, we were told there would be a 15 min wait for a table when the restaurant was more than half empty. It was a Holiday during the week, Thursday July 4th and the restaurant was visibly empty. The stated wait time was unreasonable. Efforts should have been made by Raul Portillo, the General Manager, to make sure there was enough coverage so that customers don't have a 15-20 min wait in an empty restaurant. And as we waited, employees stood around not working to shorten the wait time...IE assisting servers, bussing tables...ETC... This experience has soured me on the Chili's brand and chain.
