I received a poorly packaged product that was fragile. Upon opening, the item purchased was broken. I purchased a screen protector (shatterproof) item number 4-LG-2438, order number 114132X on 2/1/2017. I paid with an AX card, the item cost $6.99 & was part of a two item shipment. Upon opening the product, I found the product was damaged/cracked. I never attempted to use the product. I contacted the company I purchased from right away, at first, they asked for pictures and invoice information. Then they said it was the shipping company's fault and now refuse to refund or replace the item. The shipping box showed no signs of damage. I have all email communications and pictures submitted. They have been completely uncooperative and demonstrated a complete lack of "customer service". They have shown that the small profit derived from a $6.99 item is more important than customer relations and long-term considerations. I would never purchase or recommend that anyone ever purchase from this company ever.
