Lack of customer service and notifications

Ordered product in November to have it by Christmas and after finally reaching someone was told with time running out that items were out of stock but yet no one from the company customer service could send a email or pick up a phone and tell us so we could get something else in time for Christmas but NO response until we called and asked where our items were. Never will we or our families do business with a company who’s customer notification is so poor
