Lack of Customer Service after sale

1

July 11th 2020 purchased a certified Ford Escape July 29th 2020 engine light came on (less then 30 days after sale) Aug 1st brought car to dealership Aug 11th Dealership sent car to Transmission Shop Aug 24th Transmission shop received part from Ford but car wont recognize the part Aug 24th Transmission shop took car to Ford to try with Ford's computer. Car still won't recognize the part Aug 24th I was informed that it will take an additional 3 days for Ford to assess the situation. I have drove the Car less then 8K and even with extended warranty the car is still in the shop. After trying calling, emailing and texting both Sales Rep and Sales Manager I have still not received a response. All the Service Rep told me it's my problem. User's recommendation: Ensure you check with sales rep regarding extended warranty and who will do the work. Check to see what kind of warranty you have prior to extended warranty kicking in. Ask if there is at least a 30 day warranty on your certified car,
