Lack of completion of project and response to cutomer concerns

From the time of its arrival, it has not been functioning appropriately. The main concern is that it continually leaks when hot water runs through the system. I have repeatedly contacted personnel in your Skyline Drive office. On these occasions I have spoken to Cara, who apologizes and informs me that I will be contacted about repairing the water heater. To date no one has called to address my concerns. Again, today, I reached out to Cara, and again, no one from your company contacted me, in spite of assurances to the contrary. Initially, I thought the leak was due to my washing machine which is in proximity to the water heater. I hired a washing machine repair company and the representative showed me that the problem was not with the washing machine but your company’s water heater. I also bought and paid for a Photovoltaic system which still has not been hooked up. Please inform me about your plans to correct this issue. Ann Thayer
