Lack of compassion .

I am not a consumer, my late father was for decades. He passed away in November.I attempted to cancel his budget plan. I was unable to since I was not him. After finally in February getting through to them, he was dead and unable to pay they sent a final bill of over 1000. Since then, they have continued to send a threatening letter and sent the bill to a collection agency. It took awhile to get some money from his estate, but it now paid along with late fees. User's recommendation: Avoid if at all possible!
