Lack of communication/No product

I ordered a Kayak cooler from them and it stated 5-7 business days. After 7 business days, I contacted them due to the money hasn't been taken out of my account and no updates on my email. The lady I contacted via phone stated she would put in a ticket and someone would reach out to me. 5 days later I called back and they said no one has looked at my ticket but once they do it will take 2-4 business days to hear a response. I was needing this product within the time period that I bought it and what it said on their website. They go through different vendors and kinda use that to their advantage on why something isn't shipped out to you the way they said on their website. For what I was going to use this product for I will not be able to get the product in time so I asked for a refund. Once again they have to go to the vendor to let them know I no longer want the product then someone will contact about getting my refund back. I will never deal with this company again I don't care if they give me a 75% off discount. They can shove it where the sun doesn't shine. I'm not one to write complaints but they pissed me off with this transaction. User's recommendation: Not in the least bit!
