I had received an email regarding my watch being completed on June 11. It is now July 8 and radio silence. All I was asked was to provide the size of my wrist for a new watch band, to which I answered promptly within 24 hours. I have sent a few messages that have been unanswered and have seem a scary amount of similar stories on almost every online review. Repair #276174
