Lack of caring about kids

Cebu Pacific doesnt care about kids. We have two children ages 8 and 12 and since they consider a -2 year old an adult then we cannot pay for the assistance for our 8 year old. This is disgusting and down right negligent!! They have a phone number that goes straight to voicemail so you cannot contact them. I have to lose my money for the flight because Cebu Pacific Airlines doesnt care about anything other than money!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Cebu Pacific Airlines!!
