Lack of Canadian Assistance

How sad that as a Canadian, we can seldom ever talk to someone in Canada, we are always speaking to someone in the Philippines. Many times trying to understand what they are saying is a problem due to their accent and mis-communication becomes a problem. How sad, that this is all about money, these people are paid far less than someone in Canada to do the same work for Virgin mobile. When asked to be transferred to a Canadian agent, they reply that this is not possible. I do not blame the Philippine people as this is for sure a Virgin problem.
