My membership was placed on hold but staff made error as to which month and so I was billed too soon. The mistake was not even acknowledged and I was stuck with the bill despite not being able to go to the gym. Be careful here financially. They're too quick to sign you up and get their commission and should they make a mistake it's on you and you'll pay for it. No reimbursement. No acknowledgement. No nothing.
