Lack of any meaningful customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes May 10 and they shipped May 11. It is now May 25. No shoes. I sent two inquiries to customer service. No response. I called customer service. No help. They will not give a refund. Shipper's tracking says the shoes have been in Reno, Nevada (two hours away) and no delivery date scheduled.Stay away from Pelts Shoes. User's recommendation: Stay away from Peltz Shoes.
