I had a 10:00 appointment for routine fasting lab work. I was seen at 11:30. The process was very disorganized and slow. The office was backed up with no room for social distancing. The workers were frustrated and stressed. For each appointment 5 or more people are scheduled for the same time slot. I will go to Quest from now on. User's recommendation: Go to Lab Core or Quest. You will wait even with a scheduled appointment.
