And I told the girl in the front that refuse to give me her name but Jose was right there and witness everything the girl in the front desk Behavior totally out of control. I strongly believe she should be remove from the front or re-train it gives this LAFitness a very bad impression for members that just walk in and expect to get greeded. She even threatened me to call security!
