Kubotas negligence to send payment book.

i bought a new mower in july with no monet down no payment till sept with 0 interest. i went to the dealer in sept and complained kubota has not sent payment book, the dealer said i was the 9th person with this complaint, kubota credit called me and asked for their money, i told them i have no payment plan and set up to have it deducted from my checking sept 3rd,igot a payment book the ist week of october for sept payment, oct 18th kubota called again looking fpr money and saidthey had no idea if my arrangements, their mower will be returned in morning after i talk to a lawer to threaten to sue
