I have been trying for several days to find a medical alert bracelet. I was having trouble at every place I tried with because I could not get the things I needed to fit. I could not get a human on any. I spoke with local pharmacy last night and said they had info. So I went today and they gave me one of your order brochures. Finally I found a company with a phone number and got a Human on the phone. Her name is Korinne. It probably wasn’t easy for her because I have a health issue that sometimes I know what want to say but I have trouble getting them out. Well Korinne seemed to figure out what I was trying ask before I could find the correct words. She spent so much time and definitely patience with me and she helped me order on the phone she made sure what I wanted and made it possible! She also helped me with different shipping options as well as warranty options in which I did get one. She took my payment, gave me my order number right then and email as well. I cannot say enough excellent things about her. So polite and very sweet young lady that Made something hard for me so easy. After placing my order I finally felt so much better.
