She was polite, professional, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She reassured me how my repayment plan would work and told me how to handle the phone calls I may receive from my creditors. Hopefully, Korie will be rewarded for her professionalism in customer service and GRT will gain a large quantity of other customers because of her knowledge, professionalism, politeness and expertise in servicing them over the telephone.
