On Oct. 21, 2019 my wife and I stopped for dinner at Chili's in Kohler, WI. We dine there at least 3-4 times a month as we have for many years. This visit was NOT uneventful. We arrived between 6:30 and 7PM. Our server, JO-JO was very good. My wife had gotten her "chicken finger" dinner as usual. This time the fingers were over cooked and very hard to bite into and chew. Due to it being after 7PM we didn't have time to have them replaced. My lg. ribeye steak came perfectly rare as ordered...but I found it was coated with way to much seasoning making it extremely salty to irritate my mouth, gums and tongue/lips. Upon trying to consume this steak, I had great difficulty in cutting the steak as it was full of gristle throughout the entire steak. Chewing was entirely too hard as well due to all my upper teeth had been all removed 2 months prior. It took quiet some time to try to consume this meat. By 8PM my gums and mouth was extremely irritated! Preventing me to eat anything further...except my great piece of Cheese Cake w/strawberry! We had paid $60 including the tip to Jo-Jo. We survive on a very tight SS budget and yet we pay your much too high prices. We are 'hooked' on your burgers, fries. and grilled shrimp. Followed up with 2 slices of Cheesecake! We will remain loyal...but 2 complimentary dinners should be considered--Thanx-70 years old and counting down...
