Do not expect to be able to call Kogan. Do not expect to be able to email Kogan. Do not expect to be able to live chat with Kogan. I ended up doing all the runaround for faults with their website. I will not be using them again. User's recommendation: Do your ordering by phone and/or local store, if at all.
