knife item “paid for” but never delivered.

Order for a Knife item from Unique Blade LLC was placed and completed on April 18th 2017 but was never delivered. Today's Date is now May 30, 2017 and I'm still waiting. Tried to contact via their 1-800 number but a voice recording is all you are going to get along with a Round Robin process for pushing buttons to try and contact certain departments with no results, only more robotic voice recordings. This company is a Rip Off...!!!
