Many tyms i contacted wit costemer service they told me ur complaint is filed its hapend 1 month ago stil no any responsedis not first tym before this roller were crapd at dat tym the came for servicing after three months dat i coplained i am totally disgusted with dis machine if i had any option i would like to sale or refund. I buyd dis machine at february 2013. Within one week the machine startd probs. very much disgusting I wish if wouldnt buyd dis. Ma many of friends told me that det are also suferring like this.
