Kiwi.com refusing to adequately investigate or provide refunds for flights cancelled over 12 moths ago due to Covid.

Kiwi Booking Number [protected] has now been outstanding for 12 moths. The booking relates to 5 passengers (including myself) who purchased flight tickets from Kiwi.com for Baku to Rome via Moscow using Azerbaijan airlines and Pobeda airlines. In June 2020 Kiwi received confirmation that a cash refund was required, however since then little or no information has been forthcoming from Kiwi.com. One of the passengers - Mr Nicholas Lucien Chandler - who purchased the flight tickets on the behalf of all passengers has been liaising with Kiwi however no or little information has been provided by Kiwi for many months. Some of the Kiwi.com staff who have looked into the matter, namely: include Rovina C (Kiwi travel consultant) and Suzanne S (Kiwi custom support) however as stated no information has been received from them for many months.
