Hello I recently purchased a KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus Series Stand Mixer and I don't understand why all the Professional 5 Plus Series are all different. They are all the same price yet the features and accessories. For a $680.00 stand mixer the accessories should have been better quality,my paddle is chipped and I have not used the machine yet. The shield protector should also have been included. User's recommendation: Do not over spend on a standmixer.
