Didn't listen to what I wanted as far as style goes. Every time I tried to contact him to go over countertops, cabinets, tile, backsplash, grout color etc.; he was too busy to talk about it. Once the project was underway, he would start something then leave and disappear for days and not return my calls. I was completely unhappy with the results, the products he had me pick from a catalog and the job in general. There were a few things I wanted corrected and when I asked him to do so he got rude with me. I went without a kitchen in the house for what seemed like an eternity and after completion - I hate my kitchen. The very thought of him makes my skin crawl. He thinks he's too good for anybody and just does whatever he wants.
