Received Standup mixer on Dec. 29/20. It is now January 18/21 and my problem has not been resolved. Have not been able to use because whisk attachment could not be removed. Called and sat on hold for hours. Once...once I was able to leave a phone number for a call back. I got the call back and some lame solutions for unlatching the whisk. None of the solutions worked, but the service person refused to do anything further until I gave them a try. Desperately didn't want her to hang up because I knew I'd be in the same situation. But she hung up. Attachment still will not unlatch and I still cannot get through to a helpful person. User's recommendation: don't buy Kitchen Aid appliances.
