KIA QUEENSTOWN vs KIA SPORTAGE

Good afternoon sir or madam I've been trying to get hold of Nasiphi who have promised to assist me. Every time I call her line is busy. I have left messages and hold for many times in vain. I have waited the whole day yesterday to receive feedback from Nasiphi nothing came. Today I have called for several times and nobody is found to give me the feedback. KIA QUEENSTOWN served me with a quote of R31 075.04 and told me to pay 50% for parts to be ordered then I simply paid R15 000.00 to their account. Initially I was only sent an email without a quote but with R12700.00 then I requested the full quotation. After I have paid the deposit I thought that I must speak to customer care and check on the issue of warranty in relation to the starter. I have been dealing with Nasiphi all the time. Tuesday I was told that the starter has arrived then yesterday I was told that the car is starting. I got surprised today when I am told that they will take out gearbox as they are to put the clutch plate in. How was the assessment of the two parts done as the quotation was issued to me? I am left with more questions than answers. I need assistance as I don't know what is happening with KIA QUEENSTOWN and my car. I don't have a car as we speak and I am just stuck. Then he said customer care services official will call and explain to me. I wrote an email yesterday night since I didn't received any call.
