Kia disappointing

My 2017 kia rio brakes failed! Its now been 3 weeks I don't have a vehicle. Kia Umhlanga has claimed that a stone got wedged unin between the brakes?? They are the worst with communication. I then contacted Kia south africa who are just as slow. Hence the car is with Kia and nothing has been done. Absolutely pathetic.
