Kerr lids problem

I purchased 36 packages of your Kerr lids at Walmart in Ogden Utah. Each package only contained 11 lids. This is false advertising because the package states 12 lids. The bar code number on the packages is 706100****. 4. I do not have the receipt from the store. What can you do about this?
