This is regarding my recent keratin treatment at VLCC janakpuri centre, my hair still feels rough and dry. When I visited Salon, they informed me that since i have not used dryer my hair will be unmanageable. The hair looks fine only for 2 hours till the time dryer effect is there, post that the hair looks damaged again, not at all smooth and soft. This is not my first keratin treatment, already got the same 4 times in 2 years span from Looks and Hair Master Punjabi Bagh. I m well versed with the treatment details and hair care. I m really upset and disappointed since I have to get this treatment again from another Salon which will be double the cost to me. I have simply wasted my money and Would never Recommend anyone since they don't value their customers and pathetic services.
