Ken ellis did not handle our supplement properly totaly misconceive

I King Body Shop repaired Tica carter 2007 Dodge Charger cl# ics100009****6_38**** she drove the car to 4353 Tilly Mill rd. Atlanta Ga.30360 to have an estimate wrote up. So I reviewed the estimate and there were repairs that he left out so I call Mr Ellis and he told me to write a supplement and take some pictures,But I wanted him to come out and go over the car with me but he told me that he could not find the time. Now hes reviewing my supplement and cut it over half way and sent me an estimate to my email but for some reason I could not open it so I call him but he was out for a couple of days so I talk to Brandon Jones who said that he would mail me a copy. Now I have his estimate so I call him he out another two days but finally I talk with him he tell me that the car didn't need no pull time and they do not pay color blend on white cars. This car radiator support was busted all up which tie end to the fender reinforcement and it was push up I took pictures of it but he needed to come out and he would not. I am very displease.
