I was arrested march 14th thursday evening I was stopped by officer livingston.. I was walking in the parking lot 50 feet away from my job (bread co) and the officer stopped me said that I was walking in the street in which I was as close to the curb as I coild be.. He stopped me asked for my i.D. Then stopped me and proceeded with an immediate arrest.. He also used more than enough force shoving my head on the police car in which I informed him I already had a slipped disk in my nrck he proceeded admitted to a co worker that he kicked me in the back of my injuried left leg, told me if I gave him 300 dollars he'd let me out of jail, stated that I was in the wrong land.. After I repeatiley to him I was a female he continued with force and stated "whatever he or she is throw them in the car" after the arrest he never returned my i.D. Back either... Im very livid and hurt by these proceedings I want immediate actions for rascism slanders&lesbian equalites rights.. I am addressing the cheif of police for this misconduct and bruitality against the brigeton police department for these wrongful acts!!!
