Keeping My Refunds Despite 12 Calls

My card number was stolen but blocked right away. As such they issued a new card (which took about 5 weeks to arrive). After I finally got the new card, I noticed that two refunds that were issued to the old number did not appear. I have now called 12 times, it has been two months, and they have refunded one amount but not the other. Each time I call they say they can see the refund against the old card number, but that they need to escalate to have it transferred to the new card. Other banks this is instant. So I'm still out my money, still calling, still no support. Stay away!!
