I bought a Casablanca ceiling on line and paid with paypal. I called the help line and reported the light cover missing. She said they would send me a replacement if I provided proof of purchase. I looked for a receipt but couldn't find one. But I found the paypal receipt, I assumed that would be sufficient, but it wasn't. The rep said it would only prove I bought a fan. I offered to send a pic of the box and fan. That still not sufficient, in addition she implied I was trying to scam Casablanca (we are talking about a $35 replacement cost). I then requested that Casablanca look at their records for proof of purchase, or delivery date. The PayPal receipt had the date and amount of payment I was told that Casablanca could not do that. The lack of reasonableness has been the most frustrating
